Online Refund & Exchange Purchase Policy

Terms & Conditions:
- We only ship inside Lebanon with free delivery on all orders.
- Orders take 3-5 business days for delivery.
- You have 3 working days, from delivery date, to exchange or refund any unwanted items. These should be returned in their original packaging and conditions.

We will exchange all items, which have kept the original tags attached, and which are in their original purchase condition (not washed, worn, or altered); this includes any accessories & labels:
- Exchange or refunds are eligible within 3 days of order delivery date, subject to stock availability.
- Swimwear items are not exchangeable or refundable.
- All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
- Gift orders can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
- Exclusively for online exchanges, a first time exchange of orders that were not initially subject to a delivery fee, will be free of charge.
- A second time exchange on the same order will be subject to an LBP 20,000 delivery charge. Online exchange requests on the same order are accepted for up to 2 times only.
Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department at myholdal@holdalgroup.com, and we will immediately solve the issue.
If the amount has not been credited to your account then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; alternatively please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds:
We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.
After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund nor an exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days.
Defective Items Policy:
Please contact our Customer Care team right away, if your order arrives in a defective or damaged condition. Please take a picture of your defective item and send it as an email attachment to myholdal@holdalgroup.com
Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced.

However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... you will be able to refund or exchange.
