Exchange or refunds are eligible within 3 days of order delivery date, subject to stock availability.
Swimwear items are not exchangeable or refundable.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
Gift orders can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
Exclusively for online exchanges, a first time exchange of orders that were not initially subject to a delivery fee, will be free of charge.
A second time exchange on the same order will be subject to an LBP 20,000 delivery charge. Online exchange requests on the same order are accepted for up to 2 times only.
In the scenario of card payments refunds:
Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will immediately solve the issue.
If the amount has not been credited to your account then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; alternatively please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds:
We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.
After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund nor an exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days.
Defective Items Policy:
