In the scenario of card payments refunds

• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. Modifying or Canceling an Order
