Refunds are eligible within 3 days of order delivery date.

In the scenario of card payments refunds
• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department at myholdal@holdalgroup.com, and we will immediately solve the issue.• If the amount has not been credited to your account then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; alternatively please contact your bank. In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds
• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.• After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days.
