Enriched with concentrated PhE-Resorcinol + Caffeine, this innovative formula visibly reduces the appearance of blue under-eye circles caused by poor circulation, and brown dark circles caused by melanin overproduction. Added light-reflecting pigments, combined with a cooling metal applicator, further brighten and freshen the eye contour area.
