• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the South of Lebanon, the Eklim El Kharroub - Chouf district in Mount Lebanon, and all regions in the Baalbeck-Hermel and Bekaa governorates. We are committed to updating these delivery areas as circumstances evolve and will notify customers of any changes.
• Please note that after three unsuccessful attempts to contact you for delivery, your order will be canceled.
