If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. For inquiries during weekends, we will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing. • Deliveries are currently limited to specific regions for safety reasons. We are delivering to all districts in Beirut and the North. In Mount Lebanon, delivery is available only to Aaley, Chouf, Jbeil, Keserwan, Matn, and Baabda. In the Bekaa region, we are delivering to Zahle. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the South of Lebanon, the Eklim El Kharroub - Chouf district in Mount Lebanon, and all regions in the Baalbeck-Hermel and Bekaa governorates. We are committed to updating these delivery areas as circumstances evolve and will notify customers of any changes.
• Please note that after three unsuccessful attempts to contact you for delivery, your order will be canceled.
• We deliver orders across all regions of Lebanon through our trusted logistics partner, TERCEL.
The orders typically require 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
• A delivery charge of 3 USD applies to orders below 50 USD.
