Online Refund & Exchange Purchase Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Locations We ship exclusively within Lebanon.
Delivery Time 3–5 business days.
Rates Delivery is free for orders of $50 or more. A $4 flat rate applies to orders below $50.

Returns & Exchanges

Window Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Condition Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface.
Exceptions

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear
  • Perfumes and cosmetics
  • Bimba y Lola accessories
  • Lebanese Designers’ products

Items from Lebanese Designers may be exchanged directly at the respective brand’s store. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only.

Fees A $4 fee applies to all return and exchange collections.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives defective, email a photo immediately to myholdal@holdalgroup.com and we will arrange a free replacement.

Refund Process

Pay by Link Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is processed through the original Pay by Link payment method within 21 calendar days.
Cash on Delivery Our courier inspects the item upon pickup. Approved returns are refunded in cash on the spot.

Payments & Cancellations

Accepted Methods Cash on Delivery or Pay by Link.
Order Modifications To cancel or modify an order, email myholdal@holdalgroup.com on the same day the order is placed (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM).
