In the scenario of card payments refunds
• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department at myholdal@holdalgroup.com, and we will immediately solve the issue.In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds
• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.Defective Items Policy

• If you change your mind about your purchase and you would like to cancel it, please email us on myholdal@holdalgroup.com within the same day of placing your order to process the cancellation from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For inquiries during weekends, we will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing. However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... you will be able to refund or exchange.At MYHOLDAL, we provide convenient and secure payment options to enhance your shopping experience. You can choose from the following methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD)• At MYHOLDAL, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and efficiently.
• Deliveries are currently limited to specific regions for safety reasons. We are delivering to all districts in Beirut and the North. In Mount Lebanon, delivery is available only to Aaley, Chouf, Jbeil, Keserwan, Matn, and Baabda. In the Bekaa region, we are delivering to Zahle. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the South of Lebanon, the Eklim El Kharroub - Chouf district in Mount Lebanon, and all regions in the Baalbeck-Hermel and Bekaa governorates. We are committed to updating these delivery areas as circumstances evolve and will notify customers of any changes.
• Please note that after three unsuccessful attempts to contact you for delivery, your order will be canceled.
• We deliver orders across all regions of Lebanon through our trusted logistics partner, TERCEL.
The orders typically require 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
• A delivery charge of 3 USD applies to orders below 50 USD.
• Delivery is free for orders of 50 USD or more.
