• Orders take 3-5 business days for delivery.
• You have 3 working days, from delivery date, to refund any unwanted items. • These should be returned in their original packaging and conditions.

• We will exchange all items, which have kept the original tags attached, and which are in their original purchase condition (not washed, worn, or altered); this includes any accessories & labels:
Refunds are eligible within 3 days of order delivery date.

Swimwear items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Perfumes & Cosmetics are not exchangeable or refundable.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
Gift orders can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.

In the scenario of card payments refunds

• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. • If the amount has not been credited to your account then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; alternatively please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds

• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.
• After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days.

Defective Items Policy
