Modifying or Canceling an Order

• If you change your mind about your purchase and you would like to cancel it, please email us on myholdal@holdalgroup.com within the same day of placing your order to process the cancellation from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... you will be able to refund or exchange.
