• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. • If the amount has not been credited to your account then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; alternatively please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds
• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.
• After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days.
Defective Items Policy
