In the scenario of card payments refunds

• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. Modifying or Canceling an Order

• If you change your mind about your purchase and you would like to cancel it, please email us on myholdal@holdalgroup.com within the same day of placing your order to process the cancellation from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For inquiries during weekends, we will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing. However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... you will be able to refund or exchange.
