Swimwear items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Perfumes & Cosmetics are not exchangeable or refundable.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
Gift orders can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.

In the scenario of card payments refunds

• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds

• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.
• After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

• If you change your mind about your purchase and you would like to cancel it, please email us on myholdal@holdalgroup.com within the same day of placing your order to process the cancellation from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For inquiries during weekends, we will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing. However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... you will be able to refund or exchange.
