In the scenario of card payments refunds

• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds

• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... you will be able to refund or exchange.
