• We only ship inside Lebanon.
• Orders take 3-5 business days for delivery.
• You have 3 working days, from delivery date, to refund any unwanted items. • These should be returned in their original packaging and conditions.

• FREE delivery for orders above 50 USD
• Delivery charge of 4 USD will be applied on orders below 50 USD.

• We will exchange all items, which have kept the original tags attached, and which are in their original purchase condition (not washed, worn, or altered); this includes any accessories & labels:
Refunds are eligible within 3 days of order delivery date.
Exchange is accepted within 3 days of order delivery date.
Swimwear items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Perfumes & Cosmetics are not exchangeable or refundable.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
Gift orders can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
Delivery charge of 4 USD will be applied on Return and Exchange.
In the scenario of card payments refunds
• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department at myholdal@holdalgroup.com, and we will immediately solve the issue.
• If the amount has not been credited to your account then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; alternatively please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you have followed all above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please do not hesitate to contact us at myholdal@holdalgroup.com. You could also contact our Customer Service team on the Customer Service Chat Box on www.myholdal.com.
• For inquiries during weekends, please email us on myholdal@holdalgroup.com and we will call you back on Monday.
In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds
• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.
• After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days.
Defective Items Policy
• Please contact our Customer Care team right away, if your order arrives in a defective or damaged condition. Please take a picture of your defective item and send it as an email attachment to myholdal@holdalgroup.com
• Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced.

Modifying or Canceling an Order
• If you change your mind about your purchase and you would like to cancel it, please email us on myholdal@holdalgroup.com within the same day of placing your order to process the cancellation from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For inquiries during weekends, we will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing. However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... you will be able to refund or exchange.
