L’Oréal Professionnel Tecni.ART Web 150ml is a professional styling paste for structured or tousled look and defined strands. Concentrated with fiber reshapers, this sculpting texture paste allows for flexible reconstruction with a natural shine finish.

Application:

On dry hair. Rub a nut-sized amount between the palm of the hands. Pull hands apart to stretch out fibers. Run through hair to add texture and build movement.

In the scenario of card payments refunds

• Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please get in touch with our Customer Service department at myholdal@holdalgroup.com, and we will immediately solve the issue.
• If the amount has not been credited to your account, then please get in touch with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Alternatively, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds

• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.
• After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days.

Defective Items Policy

Modifying or Canceling an Order

• If you change your mind about your purchase and you would like to cancel it, please email us on myholdal@holdalgroup.com within the same day of placing your order to process the cancellation from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For inquiries during weekends, we will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing. However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... you will be able to refund or exchange.
