In the scenario of card payments refunds

In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds

• We will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

For inquiries during weekends, we will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing.
